We were blown away at the quality of personnel and the product. John was very helpful showing what his company has to offer in design. We worked out a design that complemented our patio and house. The young men who came to install the patio cover were like watching a choreographed builders dance. Each man had his own ladder and tools. They worked independently and then worked together as they needed additional help. No yelled directions to each other. Clean up was excellent! I would use this company again. We had a hard time finding a contractor to install a patio cover this summer. Some were ridiculously expensive. Some wouldn’t do electrical, and some just never called back. John at Ocean Pacific Patios was very knowledgeable about what could and couldn’t be done with my layout. He thought everything through from power placement, lighting layout, fan layout, speaker layout, and how to integrate the cover into my BBQ island. It took longer than expected to get materials due to supply shortages associated with COVID but installation took only 2 days. I’m very happy with the final product. We look forward to spending more time outside this summer in the shade of our new patio cover.
